MAINTENANCE WORKER
Permanent Full Time Position
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Maintenance Worker assumes the responsibility for providing general repairs and renovations of the treatment centre and the equipment. Responsible for upkeep of grounds year-round.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in maintaining oil/electric furnace (or willing to learn)
Experience in the maintenance, repairs and operations of heating, electrical, and plumbing
Experience in mechanical systems and outside maintenance equipment
Must possess excellent oral and written skills
Proficiency with operating Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to speak/understand Cree is a definite asset
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Valid Class “G” Driver’s License is mandatory
Must provide criminal record check (CPIC)
Must abstain from substance abuse
