SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Housing Services, Program Manager (Operations) to provide maintenance services to assigned rental projects within CDSB in accordance with related legislation, CDSB policies and procedures and CDSB Vision & Values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
Providing janitorial and grounds keeping servicesPerforming preventive maintenance requirements for building components, equipment, life safety systemsMaintaining inventory of moveable assetsMaintaining fire log, business continuity planRepairing / replacing building componentsMove out repairs / redecoratingReporting needed repairs, problems, disturbancesOn call dutiesQuick response to call outs as required
